We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Requests must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the item.


Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, proof of purchase is required. A clear photo of the item must be provided showing the issue or reason for the request.


How to Start a Request
To start a refund request, contact: arclightfrontier@zohomail.com. Include order details and required photo evidence. Each request will be reviewed manually.


Return Process
No physical return is required. Items do not need to be shipped back. Refunds are processed based on review of submitted evidence only.


Damages and Issues
Inspect orders upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact immediately with photo evidence so the issue can be assessed and resolved.


Exceptions / Non-Eligible Cases
Certain requests may be denied, including cases with insufficient proof, misuse, or suspected fraud. Custom misuse or intentional damage is not eligible for refund.


Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered. The fastest resolution is a refund request followed by a separate purchase if needed.


European Union Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Customers may request cancellation or refund within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Proof of purchase and item condition evidence is still required.


Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Additional processing time may apply depending on the payment provider. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact arclightfrontier@zohomail.com.
